Technical Queries & Help...

We don't have a proper technical helpline system. We just don't have enough people to cope with all the calls we'd get!

But we do try to help whenever someone phones or emails with a problem... just to be nice!

If we've helped you with a problem with your PC, and you'd like to make a payment to say thanks, you now can. Click on the 'Make a Donation' button below, type in how much you'd like to donate, then choose to pay by credit card and put in your card details. The amount is completely up to you.

PS - If you want some technical help...

Your best bet is to email us (queries@helpfulbooks.co.uk). That way if we don't know the answer straight away we can have a quick look into it.

Of course, that's no good if the problem is your email isn't working! If you would like to telephone instead (the number is 01229 777606), it's best to try between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday. That way you should be able to talk to Laura or Emma - they've got the most experience of helping with technical problems over the phone. I'm not saying they can solve every last problem straight off the top of their heads, but they can usually help in one way or another!
